c. Please write your feelings and emotions on paper. You burn the paper to burn the emotions that do not serve a purpose
d. In case someone or something is not contributing and only depleting you of your energy (physical, mental, emotional, social, sexual or financial) then be brave and choose to distance from it.
e. We distance ourselves from a space of Love and compassion and not from hostility
f. It is important you know the difference.
g. If it contributes keep at it.
h. If it does not contribute, you process it out. So better things can come your way.
